Responsibilities

  • Make, maintain, and log dealer and fleet call rotation.
  • Pursue all opportunities to support revenue growth and margin goals.
  • Support your Regional Manager to meet territorial goals and objectives.
  • Build a working relationship with all your customers. (Dealers and fleets)
  • Support Business Plan process by capturing all opportunities, completing assigned tasks, and reporting back the success of the opportunities.
  • Spearhead and support all campaigns.
  • Grow and maintain a working relationship with all departments within Aurora.
  • Track all opportunities, campaigns, and assignments.
  • Work with your Regional Manager to establish dealer, fleet, and territory strategies and then help implement those strategies.
  • Help and mentor your customer service rep to help them grow their skill set.
  • Help manage territorial conflicts. (Dealers and fleets)
  • Identify dealer and fleet training needs and facilitate that training.
  • Work with Dealers and Fleets to utilize sales resources and educate them about Aurora’s products and programs.
